SEAMS elects Board of Directors to lead made-in-America movement

WAKE FOREST, N.C. – SEAMS, the National Association and Voice for the U.S. Sewn Products Industry for over 50 years, announced the membership election of a new education director, eight manufacturer/contractor directors and a supplier director.

The SEAMS 2021 Board of Directors leads the “Made in America” movement with its prestigious members for bringing jobs, education and business opportunities back to the U.S. market, according to Jeoff Bodenhorst Jr., SEAMS president.

“This Board of Directors is a geographically diverse group representing the interests of the entire domestic sewn products supply chain from domestic manufacturers and suppliers to retailers and brands,” he said. “This seasoned board will continue our focus and Made in America momentum that has become stronger with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) production in 2020. Last year was a year where many of our members pivoted to PPE to support our country’s healthcare infrastructure supplying critical products made in our own country.”

SEAMS said it thanks its board for all that was accomplished in 2020 and looks forward to another successful year. The 2021 Board of Directors welcomes those that are new to the board (designated by*) as follows:
