The Southern Textile Research Conference (STRC) has been postponed until September 12-14, 2021, its planning committee said.

“This decision was not an easy one, but safety for all attendees is paramount in view of the COVID-19 situation,” said Ken Greeson, STRC secretary.

Updates will be provided on the website at www.TheSTRC.org. Organizers will keep the same theme that was planned for 2020, “Innovation for Wellness, Safety, & Sustainability.” The planning continue will continue recruiting speakers, so if you have any suggestions, please send them to Don Alexander, program chair, at dalexander@anovotek.com.

“We would like to thank the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort for allowing us to reschedule the STRC,” Greeson said. “Please show your thanks to the Hilton and their partner hotels by keeping them in mind for your travel plans in the future.”
