Longtime marketing executive launches Lawrence Innovation

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Longtime business-to-business marketing executive Kelly Lawrence announced the launch of Lawrence Innovation, a marketing consultancy that specializes in converting customer and market insights into practical action plans that accelerate growth for B2B innovators.


“Most organizations are under pressure to deliver results that increase top and bottom-line growth with improved ROI. Lawrence Innovation brings more than two decades of expertise in converting customer and market insights to growth to help B2B organizations overcome these pressures and deliver results,” said Lawrence, CEO of Lawrence Innovation.


Lawrence said organizations also face a number of challenges that can lead to their failure, some of which include:

  • Not being in touch with customers through deep dialogue;

  • Lack of unique value proposition/differentiation;

  • Failure to communicate value proposition; and

  • Inability to perfect a profitable business model with proven revenue streams.


“We know how to identify profitable problems to solve, develop and communicate unique value propositions, and implement profitable business models that generate results,” Lawrence said. “We truly believe we can improve business growth rates through marketing science. We are passionate about collaborating with business and technical leaders who inspire their teams to solve complex problems. It’s our job to dig into details and teach teams how to remove hurdles.”


Lawrence has a career history of converting insights into practical action plans that yield higher revenues, higher margins and increased ROI for clients and their downstream customers. She founded Lawrence Innovation after more than a decade in roles of increasing responsibility at The Lubrizol Corporation, a Berkshire Hathaway company. Most recently, she was global market manager – strategic innovation, where she led teams to research and identify market potential of transformational growth opportunities, including upstream and adjacency evaluations.


She previously was global market manager for digital print technologies. She has also worked in marketing roles at Moen, October Research Corporation and Amtrust Mortgage Corporation. Lawrence earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Cleveland State University and a bachelor’s degree in business management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
